The soft facelift typically means emphasizing and augmenting those features that we usually equate with beauty including high, well defined cheek bones, fullness in the cheeks and around the mouth, a well defined chin & fresh, smooth & radiant skin. Dr. Bector will meet with all his patients to formulate a soft facelift plan that is unique to each patient.

The gradual loss of these three factors, which are plentiful when we are young, create an aged, tired appearance. Injectable Fillers or Dermal Fillers are used to replenish lost volume in the face and to re-create or re-emphasize contours of the face that are most associated with an aesthetically pleasing youthful look.

Injectable fillers are temporary, nonsurgical and very well-established for creating a refreshed, youthful and revitalized appearance. Dr. Bector uses only those injectable fillers that has been approved by Health Canada and are constructed with a Hyaluronic Acid base.

It is important to note that the lips are one of the most difficult areas to enhance/augment with filler as it takes artistic flare and knowledge of proper technique. Dr. Bector has a special interest in lip augmentation and enhancement as it is technically challenging and allows him to exercise his artistic expression.

Kybella/Belkyra /

Excessive weight on the face, and especially the appearance of a double chin can make adults appear to be older and more overweight or out-of-shape

For patients today who wish to get rid of their double chin there is a non-surgical procedure available called Belkyra. Belkyra is a prescription medication that is injected into the double-chin and acts by destroying fat cells. This procedure should be performed by a physician who is trained in the injection protocol.
